Both programs are designed to help Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Brokers, Bankers, Builders, Remodelers, Developers and anyone else who is concerned about the value of homes, buildings and the environment.

LiveWise©/WorkWise© are comprised of 5 overlapping/intersecting modules; ResourceWise©, EnergyWise©, WaterWise©, HealthWise© and EcoWise©, each focused on one of the main features of Green Building.  Builder and consumer adoption of sustainable practices is rapidly growing.  Green buildings bring 3% higher rents and provide a 7.5% increase in property value.
